Trails Closing for the Season November 8th 1/2 hour after sunset
Thank you all for a great season on the SCATV trails!
It has been a very active year with a record number of memberships, along with the explosive growth of outdoor recreation due to Covid-19.
This increased activity has certainly shown with the current trail conditions on some trails, therefore we have made the difficult decision to close earlier than normal to get some much needed trail maintenance done before the ground freezes.
Because of this extensive work and other work to be completed on the Burger King trail we will be closing all SCATV trails for the season – 1/2 HOUR AFTER SUNSET on SUNDAY NOVEMBER 8TH.
As always, the state owned Sugar River Recreation Rail Trail remains open 365 days a year.
SCATV trails will open again after Mud Season on May 23rd 2021 pending trail conditions.
